A TSU Customer Price is just the price of an item for a customer, defined over time.
By TSU: each product has a price set.
By customer: the price can be different for each customer.
By period: the price is valid from the shown period until the next value.
When a transaction is made, the system looks for the price that matches the combination TSU + client + period.
If no price is set for the current period, the last known price for that combination will be used.
A price set to 0 means that the previous value stays in place.
You need to go to the Administration > TSU Customer Price
At the top of the page, click on create a new TSU Customer Price.
Fill in the Client, TSU fields, the month when the price becomes active, the TSU Price, and the currency.
Once you've filled out the fields, save the new TSU Customer Price.
This method is easier for entering a larger number of prices. So it's best to use it when adding a new client or making a big price update.
Access the Excel file via Master Data (Files)
Administration > Master Data (Files) > TSU Customer Price
Export the file. Add the new prices per TSU per period at the end of the file.
The Excel file must contain six fields.
Year, Period, TSUCode, CustomerCode, TSUPrice, CurrencyCode
