To get help, click on the chat icon located at the bottom left of the screen (see screenshot below).
Once in the chat tool, you have several options:
Ask questions: If you have questions about using Pawa, you can ask them directly to the support team.
Report an issue: If you encounter a bug or malfunction, you can report the issue so it can be addressed quickly.
Request a feature: If you want to suggest a new feature or improvement, you can submit your request via the chat tool.
You can also contact technical support by email. The support address will be sent to you after Pawa is activated.
Only available in “Enterprise” and “Ultimate” plans.
If you need more personalized assistance, you can contact support by phone. The phone number will be provided to you after Pawa is activated.
