Create a new API Token
We strongly recommend creating a dedicated service account for integration purposes. In this guide, we'll create an account named “Api Refresh” to manage the token.
1. Navigate to Security > Users
2. Click on action of the users.

3. Click "Edit user"

4. Click the + button.

5. Click the "Expires on" field.

6. Select the expiration date
7. Click "Save"

8. Click "OK"

Refresh an existing API Token
An expired or invalid token will result in a 403 error. By performing an API token refresh, you should be able to resolve the error
9. If you need to generate a new token click here.

10. Click "Yes". It will also delete the old api token

Delete an API Token
11. If you need to delete an API Token, click on the button "Delete"

12. And click "Yes"
